Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients provide a door code or key so we can clean while they are away. If you prefer to be home, that is completely fine. We simply ask that we have clear access to all agreed-upon areas during the appointment time.

How long does a typical cleaning take?

The duration depends on the size and condition of the home, as well as the service type. Deep cleans and move-in/move-out services take longer than standard recurring visits. During booking, we provide an estimated time range based on the information you share.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

No. Clean 360 provides all standard cleaning products, tools, vacuums, and microfiber cloths. If you have specific products you prefer us to use in certain areas, let us know in advance and we can discuss options.

What if I have pets?

We regularly clean homes with pets and do not have breed restrictions. For safety and efficiency, we may ask that pets be secured in a separate area if they are anxious around vacuums or new people. We do not clean litter boxes or handle pet waste.

How do your cancellation fees work?

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling after that window may result in a $50 fee; cancelling within 3 hours of the appointment may result in a $100 fee; and if we cannot access the home (lockout or no-show), the full service charge applies.

Can you give a quote without seeing my home?

In many cases we can provide an estimated range based on square footage, number of rooms, pets, and the level of buildup. For certain homes or specialized services, we may recommend a brief walkthrough (in person or virtual) to provide a more accurate quote.

Do you clean Airbnb or short-term rental properties?

Yes. We clean Airbnb and other short-term rental properties, and we can stage units for guest-ready presentation. Hosts are responsible for providing linens, towels, and restocking consumables. Damage or issue reporting can be included upon request.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?

If something was missed or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a complimentary touch-up of the areas in question, within the limits of our satisfaction policy.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

Yes. An eco-green product option is available upon request for an additional $10 per visit. We also avoid using bleach unless it is specifically requested by the client.

You can submit a request through our online booking form or contact us directly to discuss your needs. We will review your information, provide a quote or range, and confirm a date and arrival window that works for you.
